Refund & Return Policy

At Jonathan-Claire Appeal, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
